Development Projects
The Fund invests in the development of multi-storey residential complexes and commercial real estate. We focus on projects that combine modern architecture, functionality, and comfort for both residents and businesses. This approach allows us to create properties with high market value and stable demand, ensuring reliability and long-term investment returns. Currently, the Fund manages the construction of more than 300,000 square meters of residential and commercial real estate in Kyiv and Vinnytsia.
Agricultural Export
Ukraine has significant agricultural potential, and the Pascal Fund invests in the production, processing, and export of agricultural products. We support businesses that bring Ukrainian goods to international markets, strengthening the country’s position in the global food system. The companies backed by the Pascal Fund conduct trade operations with countries in the EU, North Africa, and Asia.
Energy
The Fund’s investments are directed toward the development of the renewable energy sector. We invest in solar generation projects combined with energy storage systems. The Fund currently manages projects with a total generation capacity of 20 MW and storage capacity of 4 MW. Our investment strategy in this area envisions expanding to 500 MW of generation and 100 MW of energy storage. The stability of this market, combined with the global trend toward green energy, creates an optimal balance between reliability and innovation.
